                 (Council/Country assignments will be released only after the permission form is received)
Mar 12     Last Day to Cancel for a Full Refund
Mar 16     Delegate Registration Deadline
Mar 16     Permission Form Submission Deadline
Mar 19     Last Day to Cancel for 50% Refund
